A leading international company in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology segment, in order to expand the current staff, is looking for a:

 

BELGIUM SALES REPRESENTATIVE INSTRUMENTS/MLH

(Rif.436/BSR/17)

 

 

 

The candidate will be responsible for the sales of our client company products within the Belgium and Luxemburg geographical area. The sales representative will report directly to the Country manager.

 

In particular, the resource will deal with the following activities:

 

  • To reach or exceed established sales volume objectives in the assigned territories.
  • To develop a personal agenda, making sure that all the territories and customers are regularly visited in a cost-efficient way.
  • To reach and maintain a deep knowledge of the existing and potential customers, including their key personnel (purchasing agents, lab managers, key users), and ensuring a top level customer satisfaction.
  • To generate leads based on prospection and research of potential accounts, developing a robust sales funnel.

 

The candidate will as well be responsible for:

  • Ensuring an accurate and constant reporting of the sales related activities in the company CRM.
  • Providing support during seminars, exhibitions and workshop in the territory, proposing new initiatives to the team.
  • Making basic instruments, pipette and software demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the sales and support team.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Molecular Biology, physics, chemistry, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling equipment in laboratory environments will be preferred.
  • Training or experience in laboratory troubleshooting HPLC and/ or Liquid Handlers.
  • Ability to work in synergy with the group.
  • Fluency in local languages (French and Flemish) and English.

 

Workplace: Belgium
